Probably most women when looking to buy high heels online ask the question will they fit my feet? That question is probably followed by the next question will he like them? Some may ask another question, Do I have anything in my wardrobe that would match the color of those beautiful high heels? These all are important questions, especially when the price of a pair of high heels could be three or four hundred dollars. But, most of us can relax because the majority of high heels cost under fifty dollars. So, let's discuss the issue of fit. How can a women be sure that the high heels she want to buy online will fit.
I came up with this handy measuring idea after I was looking at several pairs of shoes online that I liked. I wondered, how on Earth could I be sure that the shoes would fit my feet after I received them in the mail. That idea got me thinking. Why not just measure my foot like a shoe customer service person would do? How do they do that? As most of us know, the shoe sales person takes a measurement of the foot using some type of measuring device. Heaven knows what it is called, I have never asked. Why in fact I have never asked if the shoe measuring contraption was sanitized before it was applied to my foot! How many hundreds of other feet had been touching the serface of that thing and how many microbe families might there lurking waiting to jump ship and onto the unsuspecting sole of my foot?
Beside lower prices, that is another good reason to buy shoes online.

One of the most frequent reasons women do not buy shoes online is because of the question regarding fit. Getting a good fit can be as easy as a sheet of paper and pencil. The two major fit points that need to be measured when purchasing a pair of high heels or any other type of footwear are the length and width of one foot.
Use a white sheet of paper 8 inches by 11, put one foot onto the center of the sheet. Take a pencil and trace the foot onto the sheet of paper. Just for extra insurance, take a measurement of the length and width of the foot tracing with a measuring ruler. Write down the measurements, both length and width, on the paper.
Be sure to write your name and email address on the sheet of papers having the foot tracing. That will help to keep your order associated with or email order.
Then, scan the paper and include it as an attachment to the online shoe ordering form.
When customer service receives your order, they will have an accurate template of your foot enabling them to get the best possible match for your shoe size.
This same method of measure-ordering-to-fit can be used for ordering children’s shoes and men’s shoes as well. With foot tracing, online shoe buying customers can be assured of a sure fit!
